He charged a bit much for the computer I got, but I've had it for over a year now and have had no problems! It was definitely worth it to pay a bit more and get one of Austin's computers. It was only like $20 more than other computers that I found on Craigslist, so it wasn't that big of a deal. I'm very glad that he was able to find a computer that suited my needs for a reasonable price.

A few years ago I had one of the BIGGEST computer problems ever. I called this guy up and he guided me to not only fixing my computer, but making it better than it has ever been. With his help, I was able to not only extend the life of my computer, but also learn so much more about computers than I ever knew about.

I must say that Austin really knows what he's doing. My computer had crashed and I was about to give up on recovering the data after Geek Squad told me that it was impossible because my motherboard died. I decided to take it to Austin. It turns out that the motherboard was fine. It was just a dead stick of RAM. He replaced the stick and got me out of there for less than $50. I'd recommend Austin to anyone who has severe computer problems that no one else seems to be able to fix.

My computer was 5 years old so I thought it was time to get a new one, but I really couldn't afford it right now so I decided to try to get it fixed on a shoestring budget. Imagine my surprise when Austin told me that my computer had more than enough power for my needs. I was a bit skeptical at first thinking that he was probably just trying to convince me to get it fixed, but I was turned into a believer when I came to pick it up. It was FAST!!! Disaster! I run a sign making company and our computer crashed. It had all our customer records and logs on it too! I called up the local phone book and called around, but no one seemed to be knowledgeable enough. I decided to look online. After a bit of searching, I found this website. I called Austin up and he assured me that he could recover the data and fix the computer. The computer ended up being toast, but he was able to back up my data with this weird plug and gadget thing. I was impressed that he had all the necessary tools and was able to recover all my data. All it cost me was the diagnostic fee to see if he could fix my computer ($29) and the data recovery ($24). For a little over $50, I got all my data back. He saved my business and I'll always be grateful to him. I'll definitely be a customer for life.

I spilled coffee on my laptop and I feared the worst, but Austin just replaced the keyboard and cleaned the mother board and everything turned out all right. The keyboard was surprisingly expensive (over $75), but I don't blame Austin for that. He searched around for the best deal and apparently Sony Vaio keyboards aren't really cheap. After fixing the spilled coffee problems he did a free scan of my computer and found a bunch of viruses and stuff. I had him remove those and do a tune up and the computer is faster now then when it was brand new! He really seems to know what he's doing and I'll always bring my computers to him in the future.

His computers are so affordable! It wasn't worth it to fix my computer so he offered me a trade-in. I got a new computer for less than $200 and it ran better than my old one did out of the box! I wanted him to set up a home network for me so I could print from both my laptop and my desktop and he did the whole job for less than $150! That's insanely cheap! I called some other local places and they wanted more than that PER HOUR to come out to my house and gave a 2-3 hour estimate! Austin came out and in less than an hour he had everything working perfectly. He said that he didn't normally make house-calls but he made an exception for me because I was close (I live in Plymouth). He really is a great guy and is really eager to please. I really appreciate all he's done for me.

I bought a computer from him and it was just an absolute lemon. After fixing it twice he decided to give me another machine. I was quite disappointed by then and asked for a refund, but he convinced me to exchange the computer. I wasn't to excited about it at first, but he gave me a better machine in exchange and gave me $40 back for the hassle! I've owned the machine for over a year now and have had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS!!! Lemons do exist, but fortunately he is willing to work with you and make things right. I don't blame him at all for the problems. He's done right by me and that's more than I can say for all the other computer places I've gone to. It really is better to have a guru like Austin who does it out of his home and is eager to make his customers happy. I wouldn't have even left a review here except for the fact that I was so impressed with his customer service and his skills as a technician. If you're tired of getting ripped off by big chain repair places, go to Austin. He'll treat you right.

I saved thousands of dollars by buying computers from Austin. I needed a dozen computers for the client area in my newly established business. My IT guy said that I should go to Best Buy and buy all new computers so I wouldn't have any problems. I decided to buy some computers from Austin instead and he gave me a great deal on them. I've had the computers for over six months now and not even one problem has cropped up. I'm very impressed. If he wasn't so busy, I'd hire him to be my new IT guy. God knows, I need someone like him. But luckily I know I can always call him if I have problems or questions and I know he'll always be helpful.

I had the neighbor kid "fix" my laptop and it has never been the same since. The wireless no longer worked, video was choppy, and the screen would jump whenever I would scroll down a page. After much thought I decided to buy a new laptop so I searched on Google and found this website. I called Austin up and he asked to take a look at the laptop. So I took it to him and in less than 10 minutes he had the laptop in perfect condition! The wireless worked and video played nice and smooth again! He said something about drivers or something like that. I don't know what it all means. All I knew was that my laptop was a piece of junk and nothing worked right. Anyway, on top of that he said that it was such an easy fix that he wasn't going to charge me for it! I was so happy that I gave him a hundred bucks for saving me the money and hassle of buying a new computer. I was impressed with his knowledge. He really knows what he's doing. I learned one thing though. Do NOT let the neighbor kid who is "good with computers" screw around with your laptop! If I hadn't found Austin, I would have paid a lot more for my mistake.

I never thought that I'd be able to learn computers. I'm over 70 years old! I always told myself that I would never learn computers because they're too tough for me, but my son insisted that I learn how to use a computer. Needless to say, I wasn't too thrilled. So anyway, I was referred to Austin through a friend of mine who had work done by him (she's very satisfied by the way). I decided to give him a try and see if he could teach me computers.

Overall we spent about 8 hours together, but in that time I've learned so much! I've even been able to teach my son a thing or two! When I came to Austin, I didn't even know how to use a mouse. Now I'm installing programs and protecting my computer from viruses! Austin is patient and understanding and I'd recommend his classes to others out there like me who don't know a thing about computers.

You just can't beat his rates. I'm so glad I don't have to pay $300+ when something goes wrong with my computer anymore! On top of that, he gives great advice and even installed a free antivirus software onto my computer! I have several other computers that need fixing, and now I can fix 3 for the price of 1 compared to the prices that other guys normally charge.

I got a free computer from work and it had passwords on it that I couldn't get through. Our IT department was NOT helpful in this matter. So I decided to fork out the money and have it looked at by a professional. While surfing around Google, I found Austin's site. I was impressed with his claims of working out of his home as a hobby and I was even more impressed when I saw his low hourly rate, so I gave him a call. He assured me that he could get the problem solved for about $100 (2 hours of work and a diagnostic). He did and the thing is really fast! My sister just bought a brand new computer for $1,500 and mine is faster than hers now! Austin claims that it's because he tweaks the computers and makes them work properly. I hope to convince my sister to take her computer to him for tweaking so she can have as good of an experience as I have.
