Remote Computer Repair
I'm proud to offer remote computer repair at very reasonable prices. Remote repair is $69 first hour and $35/hr after that. Most issues can be solved within one hour. I also offer classes via remote if you prefer not to come to me. The rates for remote classes are the same as the rates for the regular classes. The only thing I can't really do remotely is hardware work as that requires physical access to the computer. The first step to getting remote repair is to call me. I'm a one man operation here and I need to know when you need remote support. After you call me, I'll walk you through setting up the remote support application on your computer. The remote support application can be downloaded Here. Just follow the instructions I give over the phone and we can have the application running in under 5 minutes.
There are several requirements to be able to run the remote support application. First off, you can't be on dialup internet. Dialup is much too slow to allow remote control of your computer. Secondly you must be running either Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or 7. If you run any OS older than Windows 2000 you'll have to bring the computer in. If you're not sure what OS you're running, I'll help you find out over the phone.
